Horne Land Surveying Inc. is a land surveying firm that began operation in early 2018. We are located in Forsyth, Georgia, and are fully equipped and staffed to handle most land surveying needs. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable of Monroe County and the surrounding areas, the people, and their needs.
Our surveying experience includes Right-of-way, Easements, Boundary (commercial and residential), Topographic, ALTA, Wetlands, As-built Surveys, Construction Staking, FEMA Elevation Certifications.

A.L.T.A. Survey or Extended Title Insurance Coverage Survey
A set of standards, established by the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, specifying guidelines for conducting surveys that will be used for title insurance purposes.
As-built Surveys
A survey performed after a construction project been completed to re-establish the principal horizontal and control points and to locate all structures and improvements.
Boundary Survey
A survey made to establish or to re-establish a boundary line on the ground or to obtain data for constructing a map or plat showing a boundary line.
